Fuel Prices to See Big Drop in December

The Peninsula -- In a big relief for motorists, Qatar Petroleum announced a dip in the petrol and diesel prices for the month of December on their website.

In December, the price of premium will be QR1.80 per liter, a fall of 25 dirhams as compared to the QR2.05 in November.

Meanwhile, super will now be available for QR1.85 per liter as compared to QR2.10 sold in November.

The diesel prices have also dipped from QR2.05 to QR2.00 per liter in December.

In the last five months, there was no change in diesel price.

When the first list was announced in June 2016, the premium petrol was QR1.20 per liter, super QR1.30 per liter and diesel QR1.40 per liter.
